Nothing exciting to report. Nice weather for 24k with Rob this morning. Took me a while to get going but felt OK once I did. We ran 5:08s average so fairly pedestrian but about right for me currently.

Nice going, so 6-inch looks very much like a goer.
Speaking of "pedestrian", I wish I was one then. I can't compare my measly 25ks but as you can see from my blog, I aim at getting to 70ks only in about Feb. And 5:08 for a long run, I suspect that should translate into approx 3:10 for a marathon. Not bad.
Unless something falls on my head between now and Sunday, I'll be a Deepwater Point.
Might see you there. As I understand Rob will be definitely.

The air does look very thin though, especially with these big packs on the back!
